4.1 Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) on our servers.
A customer can purchase any Digital Courses or sessions offered by Gandant Global through different payment options like VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay / Google Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by the Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Gandant Global through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
4.2 Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best digital products and services so we do not provide any kind of refund. You can reschedule the 1:1 session you will be required to drop an email to info@gandantglobal.com with the Subject: RESCHEDULE <Service Name>
5.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, after acquiring Gandant Global digital courses, you may download recorded sessions of acquired digital products or courses (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Gandant Global services that you purchased may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time (except sessions), and Gandant Global shall have no liability to you in such an event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or products, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Gandant Global reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased products or courses that are no longer valid or deemed out of date.
5.2 Content and Courseware
As a part of our Services offered through our Website, we shall grant you access to our content, courseware, practice, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format about the specific purchased or offered Online Course you have registered for (“Content and Courseware”).
We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you to pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.
5.3 Live Session
The service(s) is delivered in Live Session Mode.
Update on Live Sessions is provided via Email and/or in WhatsApp Chat, whereas, self-paced learning products and recordings can be accessed from the portal.
The Schedule of Live Sessions and the delivery of the session are subject to change, under various circumstances, with prior information.
In case of session cancellation or postponement in schedule, information will be provided before the immediate session via Email or in a dedicated WhatsApp Chat or both.
6. Customer Support

We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.
For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any Course or session(s).
7. Rights you grant us
On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium that Gandant Global Team deems fit.
We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.
Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other digital courses or sessions offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third-party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.
- Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation
Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by Gandant Global or any third-party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Gandant Global’s or the applicable third-party beneficiary’s right to do so.
As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gandant Global harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
- Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
- Any activity in which you engage on or through the Gandant Global Service; and
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
